Research In Motion Names Thorsten Heins President and CEO

The Board of Directors of BlackBerry® maker Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSX: RIM) today announced that, acting on the recommendation of its Co-Chief Executive Officers to implement the succession plan they previously submitted to the Board, it has unanimously named Thorsten Heins as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Heins was also appointed to RIM’s Board. Nokia introduces two new Windows smartphones

Nokia today unveiled 2 new smartphones powered by WP7 Manggo the Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 710.

Nokia N9 official launch in Malaysia next week

The Nokia N9 will be launch next week 13 September in Malaysia. Nokia N9 is the early generation that adopt NFC on mobile phone.  There are no physical button on the phone. Everything is on the screen.
The phone uses curved AMOLED touch screen. There are three colors to choose from. Black, magenta and cyan.
