Why Cell Phone Numbers Are Considered Private Information

It is a problem we’ve all had to face at one point or another: we need a cell phone number but we have no way of looking one up thanks to the fact that cell phone numbers aren’t published in phone books. For as long as cell phones have been around, there has been a secret conspiracy keeping these numbers from being published alongside land line and business numbers. Most folks have no clue as to why this happens, but with a little research, the underlying cause is revealed.
