The ability to trace a cell phone number was something that virtually impossible just a few short years ago. Mobile numbers are still considered private information and therefore not a matter of public domain. So, if you were to look today in the White Pages or any other free online directory, you still would not obtain the information you are looking for. The only difference today is that the major wireless carriers have become willing to sell this information to online third part brokers.
