Getting hands on a cell phone is an easier task than trying to locate the owner of the cell phone. Certain carriers do not even register on the caller id; so much so, it’s almost as if the call is being routed to you from Mars. But with a reverse phone lookup, you should be able to trace the cell number right back to the owner’s doorstop.
