iPhone 4 at last

After several leaks appear in the internet, Apple today officially announce their upcoming mobile phone called iPhone 4. The smartphone supposed to use iOS 4 which is before known as iPhone OS 4.
It use IPS display same as iPad with the contrast ratio 800:1. Basically the size still similar with the old iPhone but with flat back bring 25% thinner chassis.
Larger battery able to provide 7 hours of 3G talk, 6 hours 3G browsing, 10 hours WiFi browsing, 10 hours video and 40 hours of music.

iPhone OS 4 full preview

The iPhone OS 4 expected to be installed on the upcoming iPhone HD. The notable features are like multitasking, built in social network application, and a new advertisement application called iAd.
The OS also said to be faster, but at user end user will not notice about the different.

iPhone HD side by side with iPhone 3Gs

Gizmodo have detail about new upcoming iPhone. Based on the source, what is new with iPhone HD is;  front camera-perhaps for chat, larger back camera with flash, Micro-SIM, improved resolution, split button for volume and metallic button.
As for the operating system, it is clearly using iPhone OS 4.

iPhone OS 4 with Facebook integration?

With the apps integrated with the phone, user no longger have to download the application to their phone. The recent news about upcoming iPhone OS 4 is, the OS might have Facebook integration with the OS.
Currently the OS might have Gmail, MobileMe, Yahoo! and several other and now Facebook was added to the list.
Facebook contact might be also be added to the existing phone contact. Source from engadget also reveal that the framework also will give space to the other apps like Twitter.

Jailbreak of iPhone OS 4 Public Released

The first public release of iPhone OS 4 jailbreak made to public. If you a normal user, the release does not mean much for you as the released intended for the jailbroken developer to port their apps for the next version of iPhone.
Currently the jailbreak only support 3G iPhone but not iPhone 3Gs also not for iPhones with carrier unlockings.

Motorola Droid First look from CNET

Motorola #DROID is on of the phone that powered by Android OS from Google.  It also among the first installed with Android 2.0.  Android 2.0 supposed to compete with the iPhone market. But we still dont know can Google beat Apple in this field.
